ODL docker

Just starting a thread for this in int-dev list,

We have these tickets relevant with ODL docker:


I believe the starting point could be the docker folder in int/pak repo:


We also have to automate the image creation and the publish in some docker registry as I do not see any job doing that today:


Few things we have to decide though:

- What are we going to dockerize: entire ODL vs ONAP distro
- Where are we going to publish the image: Nexus vs public registry (docker hub, quay, etc)
