Is there anyone that can take a look at this job and it's 3 consistent failures?

Other bgpcep jobs have failures, but they seem to be sporadic. The above job is happening
every time so I'm guessing it's a legit bug (maybe blocker) or some problem in CSIT or
infra to get resolved.

I'm just looking ahead to the Aluminium release at this point and the healthier our CSIT,
the better.
