Hi,
Iam writing this mail to understand the ODL system level testcases. Thanks for reaching to the ODL community. See me comments in-line and let me know if you have further questions.
Test plans are maintained by project owners and can be updated at any time, not just for a release. Also system test or CSIT is executed daily for master and stable branches (e.g. stable/aluminium, etc), so not just at release time.
The above link explains the framework used for system test (CSIT).
