duplicate AAA documentation

- changed the subject to reflect the real topic
- aaa-dev is just kernel-dev now


Anyway, those two guides look very similar to each other. I'm not sure the story
of each, but git log should help figure that out. I'm guessing there are two options:

1) merge them all in to a single guide removing duplication

2) split appropriate sections to their own user and developer guides (also
removing duplication)
