Since these servers hold logs for all jobs, and work as proxy and storage for Docker and other packages, we have put Jenkins into Shutdown Mode, which will put all jobs on hold until we get the Nexus systems back up.

The issue with the Nexus license has been resolved now. I've re-triggered some of the merge/verify jobs.
Please re-trigger any CR's ("remerge" or "reverify"), if any of the merge/verify jobs did not go through.
