Patch breaking test

Hi bgpcep devs,
FYI last sodium report showed some test failures in the EVPN test.
After some analysis, this bug fix seems to be the one breaking the test:
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/bgpcep/+/83763/
Any reason why csitt (test-bgpcep-bgp) was not triggered for this patch? or for any of the cherry-picks?
This would have detected the test regression immediately and we could have fixed the test with no further effort:
