I just opened https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NETCONF-711

Essentially I just looked at our plots (ticket has links) for the first
time in a while and noticed that we have a drop of maybe 50% in
our scale number since mid-June.

I don't know anything else at this time, but wanted to report it
now as it may be important for us to solve in the next month or
so before we release Aluminium.
