and I do not see a corresponding patch for Mg, I think we are missing

Actually, autorelease-projects-openjdk11 is missing a bunch of jobs
which autorelease-projects has, so that definition needs to be fixed up.

I suspect it will need to be split to reflect the fact that we want to
do different things for stable/sodium (autorelease-projects is primary)
and master (-openjdk11 is primary).
