[release] jenkins job logs not stored

JamO Luhrsen #14103 Actually, the logs are there: https://logs.opendaylight.org/releng/vex-yul-odl-jenkins-1/openflowplugin-csit-1node-flow-services-all-aluminium/48/ but the link is not there in jenkins like we expect. I don't see any smoking gun in the console logs, but the global-jjb version upgrade happened between when we last had logs and when it stopped working. I'm sure that's it. Anil Belur #14105 Hello Jamo, Luis: This is because of a update to deploy-logs which is missing the an update to the regex in global-jjb. I have fixed it here.
