Neon jobs are running in Netvirt-CSIT. Please let me know if I can go ahead and remove neon from Jenkins.

I think we have to semi-support Neon (security fixes only) until we release Magnesium. we did reduce the frequency of neon csit though: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/releng/builder/+/86817 so, just in case some critical/urgent security fix is needed for Neon, we want to have some job history to know it's still a viable branch.
