Project Proposal: Messaging4Transport

Hi, This is to propose Messaging4Transport [1] as a new
project under OpenDaylight. This project proposal is based on the
initial work currently done starting from the OpenDaylight summer
internship 2015. Currently an AMQP bindings is developed for MD-SAL, as the initial scope of the project. During the course of research and design, we were able to identify potential to have JMS bindings, and integration with other message oriented middleware protocols such as MQTT, STOMP, and OpenWire, following the same design. I am still in early stage in OpenDaylight development, but accelerating on this, as I learn the code, approach, and protocols. I have read the project proposal workflow carefully.
