Proposed new project: UNI Manager plugin

All,
A new project is proposed to OpenDaylight, submitted as an ‘upstream’ project from OPNFV. The proposed project ‘User Network Interface Manager Plugin’ has been added to the list of Proposals Submitted for Review in the ODL Project Proposals:Main wiki page and an initial draft of the Project Proposal wiki page is available for review here:

It is the intent of the project proposers to include this project in the OpenDaylight Beryllium release.
