Dlux DluxApps project split proposal

Hello,
We would like to submit proposal to split applications from Dlux project to a new one, called DluxApps.
We agreed on this on Dlux community meetings and also discussed it briefly on one of the TSC calls during finishing Boron release.

Consider it done. Out of curiosity, is having one big DluxApps project a good idea or would it make more sense to have individual dlux application projects or have the dlux applications live inside other projects when appropriate? We talked about it. For now, let’s start with one big DluxApps project with multiple apps in it. We made 3 of 5 apps, don’t remember who made the other 2. Creating a separate project for each one will put on us a lot of bureaucracy with project management. Also creating a new application will need project proposal and everything. In one big project we will discuss it on the Dlux meeting and put it into the release plan.
Moving the problem from Dlux to DluxApps? I think, we can split competences. We will take care of existing apps and the project itself. If somebody want to add new app, we will do the review and help with some advices. New commiters will take care of their own apps at first place, like we are taking care of our apps.
