L2 Switch project proposal

Hi All,

We would like to submit a new L2 Switch project proposal for Opendaylight. This is an effort towards providing basic l2 switch functionality out of the box in ODL. The effort would also be made to come up with reusable services that can be leveraged by other modules or apps in ODL.


We request the community for review of this project so that we can start work on same. Looking forward to your support and guidance.
