Excellent progress today, lots of new accepted project proposals!

I have recommendations for 2 resources that should be identified as
part of project acceptance:

1) The primary contact point for managing the initial proposal
(eventually this becomes the Project Lead).

2) The resource(s) committed to getting the project integrated into the
CI system.

Thoughts?
