Sure, I have initiated an email thread to vote for Tom's nomination. I'll leave the clean up of active committers to the new PTL.

Amit, do you think you're the only active committer left? If so, let's make sure we try to directly reach out to the inactive committers to give them a chance to speak up, but let's not wait too long on their responses.

I've directly CC'd the other committers listed on the wiki. If they don't reply by next week's TSC meeting I suggest the TSC move ahead with approving Tom as a committer.

These are Tom's contributions to Opflex. Imho, he has a solid contribution history.
