Yes, I cherry-picked some fixes from master yesterday and they passed the functional tests during the night. They can be safely merged today. once that done, we should be able to release transportPCE in Neon SR3 Thanks again for your help. Patches are merged, is there anything else pending for Neon SR3?

It seems that our “stable/neon” branch is still locked… Please proceed to release your project if you are interested in being part of Neon SR3 release. Also as agreed in last TSC, you have extra time (until January 9th) due to holidays to complete this task. Neon SR3 artifacts are promoted, "stable/neon" branch has been unlocked, and version bumping is completed.
