New Build Server for AAA

Hello,
I’ve been working with the RelEng team to get the AAA project moved into the new build architecture. The jobs are now up and running and can be viewed here:
https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/aaa/
After some builds have gone through Liem will disable the old jobs.
The new job structure is different than previous ones. Sonar is now integrated into the other jobs and does not have its own job. A description of the jobs can be found here:
