For my understanding, we need also plan for some details beyond how to set up the tests.

There are some ideas about the interop day:

1) We can build a web UI for presentation and visualizing the results of tests.
2) We can send out a welcome mail to others, and who want to participate the interop day can confirm this mail.
3) Shall we build a simple web site to introduce the day (The schedule and an abstract)?
...

I don't know whether these suggestions are helpful and whether these are you want. Please correct me if I have misunderstood anything.
