BGP sample initial configuration
Ajay Lele
Hi Folks, Currently when BGP feature is installed, sample initial config for BGP RIB, peer and network-topologies is installed under ${KARAF_HOME}/etc/opendaylight/bgp directory (files protocols-config.xml and network-topology-config.xml). This sample initial config is read and gets put into the config data store. Having the sample config is definitely helpful as a reference for learning purposes, but having a sample config which gets loaded and live automatically on start is not very desirable for real use scenario. How about we keep the sample config but comment it out so that it is there for reference but will be harmless when loaded. Thoughts? Regards Ajay |

Hi Ajay, this is something I had in my mind for a while. Feel free please to open a Bugzilla task and propose a patch. In the meanwhile I'll check what changes are required on Jenkins side.
Otherwise if no one has reason why we shouldn't, we can proceed with his change.
Regards,
Claudio From: Ajay Lele <ajayslele@...>
