Problem opening the dlux UI of with lithium

Hi ,

I have downloaded the Lithium-SR1 release from https://www.opendaylight.org/downloads.

After installing and running ./bin/karaf , i can see the opendaylight logo. And then i just installed one feature : feature:install odl-mdsal-clustering

Post this , i tried to open the UI with "http://127.0.0.1:8181/index.html", nothing opens up.

I also tried to install dlux related features odl-dlux-core . odl-dlux-node . odl-dlux-yangui . odl-dluxyangvisualizer , but they all seem to be already installed .

Please help to point what could have been wrong.
