cutting openflowjava's stable/helium branch

Hey Michal, If you could go ahead and cut your stable/helium branch that would be great. There are instructions here: https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Simultaneous_Release:Cutting_Stability_Branches I've locally done and tested steps 3 and 5. Steps 0, 1, 2, and 4 are things which only a committer can do. You can locally do and test step 4 by checking out and building controller's version of step 4 here: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/11731/ or waiting for somebody to merge it. Step 6 will have to wait until controller has done step 6. Progress on that can be tracked here: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/11739/
