The M1 milestone for offset 1 projects to declare intention to participate in Lithium simultaneous release is Dec 18.

Please submit your email to release@...  with following information:

1)      Offset 1

2)      Project Lead (elected by committers )

3)      Project Contact

4)      Test Contact

5)      Published draft release plan (wiki link)

… and a statement to the effect:  “The <Project Name> project formally joins the OpenDaylight Lithium Simultaneous Release and agrees to the activities and timeline documented on the Lithium Release Plan Page (https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Simultaneous_Release:Lithium_Release_Plan
