no tempest results in latest build 7

Hi folks,

The latest run on daily openstack [1] failed to stack due to an open issue in the neutron
project [2]. I will be working with Ryan on this, so we can resume out tempest operations
asap.

We also have an ongoing issue with openflow [3], which will cause issues during
the run. I pleaded with the openflowplugin folks to revert the regression [4] while they work
on the real fix, but that has not happened yet. If you are going to run the tests locally, consider
doing the steps Tom provides in the email he sent [3].
