Is there any wiki or document that captures:

1. Existing OVS Table pipeline
2. Guidelines for any feature looking to introduce new flows or tables

I'm familiar with the pipeline created when using OpenStack/Neutron but it looks very specific for Neutron use case. Can I add any new tables, or add flows to existing tables, whichever way I want? If yes, what about if I want my flows to work with existing features, like say, Neutron or SFC?
