I would like to nominate Anil Vishnoi as committer to the OVSDB project. Current committers, please respond with a vote for the nomination.

Anil has been working on all the areas in the OVSDB project:
- worked on the adsal deprecation that required learning all the code in OVSDB
- added an adsal compatibility layer for the plugin
- added different parts of the southbound
- working on migrating netvirt to the southbound
