Just that links in old Gerrits on the OpenStack side of things will
fail. But that's sort of expected with really old submissions anyway.
Even with our system logs don't stick around for more than 40 days.

Everything has been in JJB and hosted out of the releng silo for just
over 6 months now. So I believe we should be good to go with removal and
deletion of the old silo.
