Thanks for the quick turnaround on this. Looks good, though I would prefer these to go as part of a new 'Reconciliation' suite that covers all use cases than just this particular bug. But we should have this in place while we get Reconciliation Suite ready.

can you review my CSIT here [0]. I will clean it up, but at least the basic flow is there now. I saw it fail with a distro back on 4/24 (before the carbon fix was
merged) and it passes on a distro built 4/27 (after the fix (56032) was merged)

give it any comments you have, and I'll incorporate when I clean it up.
