please add a jira url link to the gerrit comments so that we can link to the new bugs. Similar to how we added the bug-xxxx, but in this case add the full url  into the comments: "https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NETVIRT-943". Also keep the bug-xxxx link while we work through this.

We have a case open to have the same behviour we had with bugzilla, where just using "NETVIRT-943" will create the link automatically. Until that is in, add the url manually.
