the maven metadata issue is hitting the builds again. This causes the ODL builds to end up in a bad state. That then causes random failures for the CSIT. There is a plan to update maven to 3.5.2 to fix the problem. That should happen soon.
Another problem is in the devstack based CSIT where some git repos are failing to be found and that fails the stack. We are looking at this one as it might just be intermittent.
