COE is pretty much done: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/76475
builds and passes its tests (with the other MRI patches). It only needs
the final bumps for odlparent, yangtools and mdsal versions.

NetVirt is initiated on https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/76476 with
mostly mechanical changes.
