Hi all,

I was asked today to try to get our apex gate csit job running
in more projects than just netvirt. here is some work that will
currently enable it for genius, ovsdb, and ofp:

it will not be voting yet. For us to consider that, I first want
this jira resolved:

Currently, it's a subproject of the distribution-check job, but
since it's non-voting (i.e., not "blocking") we don't have
the easiest visibility to the results. We can dig them up if
needed.

Any thoughts or concerns?
