Autorelease neon-mvn35-openjdk11 failed to build utils.config from ovsdb in build
9. Attached is a snippet of the error message related to the
failure that we were able to automatically parse as well as console logs.

This is a powermock incompatibility, which is solved with upgrade to 2.0.0.

https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/80034 does that, users of PowerMock
are advised to apply the equivalent.
