Can’t change OVS host in active connection

Sofia Marques <sofiasm.stud@...>

Hello there.

I’m trying to change the ovs host and I successfully send a http put request with the new IP of the ovs host. But despite this, when I check for the network topology the controller still shows information about the connection to the previous host and I can’t seem to delete the this information. I tried sending a delete request and it’s also successfull but the info remains there and apparently the controller doesn’t associate to the new ovs host connection.

Can someone help me with this question please?

Thanks!

Hi Sofia,

It is not clear from wording what exactly the steps being followed
are. Can you share the before and after JSONs? Could you clarify what
you meant by changing OVS host? Does it mean you're changing IP of OVS
or want to connect to different OVS?

Regards,
Vishal.
