Nominate Suneelu Verma as committer on OVSDB

Hi Everyone,
I’d like to nominate Suneelu Verma as committer to OVSDB Project. Suneelu has been a very active committer on OVSDB project over past 3 releases, contributing significantly to HWVTEP plugin – HWVTEP HA, performance fixes etc. He understands HWVTEP code better than anyone else in ODL community today.
