ovsdb It has not been passing for a long time
Sam Hague
Vishal, what do you think about the ovsdb IT? Looks like it has not been passing for a while. Other question is do we want to look at running the core csit on every patch? Looks like the csit only takes 15m or so to run. We had a bug in a patch recently we forgot to run the gate on and it would have caught the issue. Thank |

Could it be time to test out running CSIT automatically as part of each

gerrit change and vote? I know there has always been push back on that in the past from several directions, so not sure it will fly. JamO On 3/26/18 2:50 PM, Sam Hague wrote:

Yes, I'd like to move towards running CSIT for gerrit in OVSDB. As Sam pointed out, it is rather lightweight enough and our code is also rather stable enough. Start from Flourine?

Sam, If we move to CSIT for every patch, do we even need ITs anymore? I believe all IT cases are covered by CSIT. I guess only issue could be CSIT not showing up in coverage report. Regards, Vishal. -----Original Message-----
