Greetings ServiceUtils-dev

This ticket serves as notice that the project resources for the ServiceUtils project have been created. The following caveats currently exist:

1) Some of the project committers LFID's are not available on the project page, therefore they were not added to the projects. However, I have sent them an email invite which needs to be accepted for those users where only emails were provided.

If you do not have an LFID account, please create one at https://identity.linuxfoundation.org and then update this ticket with the LFID, if its different from what is provided on the project wiki.

3) Jenkins jobs and views have not been created for the project as the releng team requires that the project submit the needed changes to the releng/builder project. Please see [0] for information related to this.

4) Once the initial code drop (or commit) is merged on gerrit, please update the ticket. This is required to enable replication from gerrit to github.
