FYI: I've changed the Submit Type changed to Rebase if necessary from Merge if necessary for project serviceutils on https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/admin/projects/serviceutils. This avoids merge commits and is consistent with how we have it in genius and netvirt and elsewhere.
