[integration-dev] Failing serviceutils-maven-javadoc-publish-fluorine

Failing with the below. Maybe there is something that needs to be enabled in nexus or somewhere else for serviceutils?

The serviceutils account was misconfigured and missing the Unpack permission required for zip files to be uploaded to Nexus. It should be resolved now. Can you try again?
