can you verify this theory that opnfv.org is throttling our CI
VMs when they try to download ?

Otherwise, the last succesful run of that job was #260 on 31st of July,
and it seemed to start failing for a different reason. So we will
probably need to look further after that.

OK - I am mistaken as I thought SFC had not added their release plan
for Sodium. But it appears they have: https://jira.opendaylight.org/bro
wse/TSC-210. They state for the release plan:
No new features are planned to be added in Sodium but SFC plans to be
part of the release.
So they are not out. But adding SFC & Jaime - in case their plans have
changed. If not they likely need to fix the issues that Jaya brought

As an FYI - SFC is a self managed project in Sodium.

In the sfc jobs I am seeing that we are not able to download and
store images in cloud compute from opnfv url location.
the same image is getting downloaded well in local server, means
that the server might be configured to slow down download.
Can you help?
