Seems there is an issue! Restarting didn't fix it!

Yes, it is simple:

1) Login to Jenkins
2) Click build for this job [0]

Everyone on the spectrometer team has permission to click the build
button
here which will force a restart of the Spectrometer server. I am not the
single point of failure on this.
