This is a third reminder for teams who have not done so yet to do that as soon as possible.  At last check [3], the following 9 nitrogen-participating project teams have not submitted M0 status nor responded:

Reference the “Future Odd Releases” section in [1] and our Oxygen release plan [2].

We kindly ask project PTLs to declare intent to participate in the Oxygen Simultaneous Release.

1.  A statement to the effect: "The <Project Name> project formally joins the OpenDaylight Oxygen Simultaneous Release and agrees to the activities and timeline documented in [1] and [2]

2.  Project Offset: (Offset 0/Offset 1/Offset 2) 

3.  Project Category: (Kernel/Protocol/Services/Application/Support) 

4.  Project Labels: (List keywords and tags that fit the description of your project comma separated)  

5.  Project PTL: (name, email, IRC) 

6.  Do you confirm that the list of Active Project Committers is updated and accurate? (Yes/No)
