[release] [Action for PTL] Committers mismatch between project fact page and ODL system.
Colin Dixon
We'll reach out to Joe (cc'ed). Joe, basically you have two options: 1.) you could choose to step down as a committer on the TTP project. 2.) or (and what I think curt and my preference would be) you could create an account here: https://identity.opendaylight.org/carbon/user-registration/index.jsp?region=region1&item=user_registration_menu Then we'll ask for you to be granted committer rights with that account. Joe Tardo
Hi Colin,
I created an account on the identity server a while back as “jtardo”, that should work.
Thanks, --Joe

Some of you may also received a copy of this email from me directly.
In recent audit, we noticed that the following people list on project fact page as committers, but they are not grated committer privileges in the system.
Several reasons may cause this to happen, one is that people added committers to project fact page without get TSC approval, second common reason is when submitted ODL help desk ticket, those people didn’t provide ODL username, or username was created after help desk ticket.
If your project is new in Beryllium, and people were listed as initial committers before TSC approved your project, please email me with name, email address and username. I will file one ticket to have them created in the system.
If your project is not new in Beryllium, or the people were not listed as initial committers when TSC approved the project, please submit a request to TSC to promote those people as committers.
Thanks, George
