Could someone retarget this blocker bug for Carbon SR2 or downgrade to critical, unless some progress has been made to fix the issues.

Hi SFC, NETVIRT teams,

For Carbon SR1, we noticed potential blocker bugs in the sfc and netvirt project:

https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8501 Problem with the installation of sfc, groupbasedpolicy, vbd related to vpp features

Please help us identify if this is still a blocker bug for Carbon.  If it has been fixed, please mark the bug as fixed and resolved (STATUS=RESOLVED).  If the bug will not be fixed in Carbon, please retarget the bug for Nitrogen (ODL SR TARGET MILESTONE=NITROGEN).  If this bug is still a blocker bug for Carbon, please provide an ETA for when it can be fixed.  We kindly remind your project that Carbon SR1 cutoff is scheduled for Sunday 6/2 at 23:59 UTC Time.
