[sfc-dev] ODL SFC NSH issues (Openstack allinone predeployed)

Hi Jaime,

Yes ODL node is reachable from Openstack node(allinone). Found rest post
request errors in neutron logs as specified below(same for networks, ports,
security-groups). Java exceptions are seen when POST request is initiated
from neutron for networks, subnets and ports.
Neutron server log is attached.
